Help yourself from the buffet

or order Freshly made porridge – from your waitress either served with banana and brown sugar or with dried fruit on the side to add to your own taste.

To Drink, we offer:

Café Direct Fair Trade Breakfast Tea or Coffee, Earl Grey Tea or Herbal Infusions.  Decaf tea and coffee are also available

Main breakfasts

• Full English Breakfast

Local fine quality sausage, back bacon and black pudding,

(produced in The North West of England)

Served with local free-range egg(s), vine ripened tomatoes and fresh mushrooms – special requests – gluten free? – just ask.

• Eggs Benedict, poached egg(s) served on a toasted muffin with a drizzle of hollandaise sauce and drycured English bacon.  Garnished with oven baked cherry tomatoes.

• Smoked salmon and scrambled egg served on a toasted muffin with vine ripened tomatoes and fresh mushrooms.

• Vegetarian breakfasts – we normally have vegetarian sausage and black pudding available so can offer you a meat-free Full English Breakfast or any variation there of.

• Vegan – please let us know the night before and we can prepare something special for you.

Home made orange and apricot breakfast jam is on your table. Additional jams and marmalade are on the buffet.
